Beruwela

An idyllic location on the south west coast, with a long stretch of dazzling golden sand, the palm fringed bay curves gently round a cluster of small rocky islands which serve as a natural breakwater ensuring that the sea is blissfully calm as the atmosphere within the resort. Beruwala was originally settled in the 8th century and it is not hard to see why the original immigrants chose to remain here, just as it draws people from far and wide to its peaceful shores today.
